Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping time: Standard international shipping from our fulfillment partner takes approximately 7–18 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. 

Customs & duties: For orders outside Canada, customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. StrideLift is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us at help@stridelift.co and we will investigate immediately.
