I ordered two 4 cm but it was the same height as my other 3.5 cm comfortable padding insoles padding but this is a lot harder must be a mistake in inventory but fast shipping i shouldn't have purchased a more expensive item for not so comfortable
The heel is increased very well, but there is a lack of support in the arch of the foot; the material is very durable.
It's super good, but I ordered the smallest size and it's still a bit high, but they are of very good quality.
